Crane service
Our service department performs service- and maintenance tasks, renovation and statutory inspections on crane and equipment from all manufactures. Our service technicians possess the required knowledge and are trained constantly. This results in our special knowledge, which is required to quickly and effectively perform service on crane systems and ensure the most reliable operation of the customers’ crane investments.
Most of our service technicians has a high seniority at Danish Crane Building, which results in priceless experience. Our service technicians are placed strategically all around Denmark. This ensures security for quick assistance to our customers. All of our service visits are coordinated in close co-operation with our customers to ensure the utmost satisfaction for the client.
DCB Service Agreement
We gladly offer a service deal that ensures crane service on terms and at times that fits the individual company’s workday. We can combine the annual statutory inspecting with preventive maintenance if the crane requires this. Furthermore can we ensure that service check is done in due time as an integrated part of our customers quality assurance.
Online support
More cranes are now made with PLC-controls. This opens up for the ability to configure the crane’s functions online. If you have bought a PLC-controlled crane from DCB and has it connected online, then will our 24/7 support be able to help you with troubleshooting.
